Abhirami is a skilled and passionate psychologist at Idha Mindcare, who has completed her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Union Christian College, Aluva, and Master's degree with a specialisation in Clinical Psychology from Jain (Deemed-to-be-University). As a consultant Psychologist, she is proficient in psychoanalytically informed psychotherapy, CBT, Psychological assessments, critical analysis of events, and research analysis. She has undergone internships and supervised clinical training from different private clinics in Kerala. According to Abhirami, every individual who is battling with mental health issues deserves unconditional positive regard and has the right to receive therapy without being ashamed. She has an interest in raising awareness about the importance of mental health in the society and thereby removing the stigma associated with receiving therapy. Her professional goal is to implement the knowledge and experiences that she has gained to ameliorate society by starting from the individual level.
