Anju is a dedicated and skilled psychologist at Idha Mindcare, who has completed her Master's degree with a specialisation in Clinical Psychology from Jain (Deemed-to-be-University). She holds a post graduate diploma in psychological counselling from Indian Institute of Behavioural Management Science. As a consultant Psychologist, she is adept in psychoanalytically informed psychotherapy, Learning disability Management, Psychological Assessments, Cognitive Behavioural therapy and Family and adolescents counselling. She has undergone supervised clinical training from Lourdes Hospital in Ernakulam, Kerala. In her view, every individual may come across some difficult phases and it’s the duty of a professional psychologist to support them to lead a better life.
