Aswany is a dedicated mental health practitioner who has received supervised clinical training in dealing with various mental health related issues like mood disorders, anxiety disorders, specific learning disabilities and other psychological problems. She completed her MA Psychology degree from Shree Shankaracharya University in 2016 and has worked as a Consultant Psychologist at various institutions like Jeevadhara Institute of Neurodevelopment and Research, Ernakulam, and Alpha Rehabilitation Centre Edapally. She also received two years of intense clinical supervision from IMHANS, Kozhikode.
